4 Daughters Irish Coffee

Jameson or Bushmills Irish Whiskey in our house coffee with a splash of Dark Godiva Chocolate Liqueur and topped with our specialty homemade whipped cream made with Maker’s Mark and lemon zest.

Chocolate Mick

Our play on the Chocolate Martini, served up with Stoli Vanil Vodka, Godiva Chocolate Liqueur, and Bailey’s. Rich, Chocolaty, and Delicious!

Jittery Irishman

A coffee lover’s dream! “Brewed” with Van Gogh Espresso Vodka, Coffee Liqueur, and Bailey’s Irish Cream. Served up, it’ll perk you up!

The Dublin

An Irish twist on the always delicious Manhattan: We use Bushmills “Blak Bush” Sherry aged Whiskey, add a dash of bitters, and some sweet Vermouth, and voila!

Shamrock

A traditional favorite: Jameson and Creme de Menthe shaken with cream and served up in all its tasty green glory!

Irish Mudder-Pucker

A tasty concoction based off of the traditional Mudslide: Stoli Vanil, Bailey’s Caramel, Sour Apple Liqueur and a dash of cream, shaked and served over ice. A Caramel Apple for adults!

Black Velvet

Beer just got better: This recipe incorporates Murphy’s Irish Stout with Champagne to create a drink where the sum is certainly greater than the parts!

Red Velvet

Like the Black Velvet, but we add a jigger of Chambord to liven things up a bit!

Irish Jig

We start with Stoli Raz, Chambord, and fruit juices to create an unforgettable Raspberry Martini, and finish it off with a “secret” ingredient to get your toes tapping! You can actually hear this drink dance along!

Sine Fein

An instant classic! We take Jameson 12 year and add a dash of Drambuie Scotch Liqueur, and a splash of Frangelico Hazelnut Liqueur with some ice to create a Whiskey Masterpiece!

SHOTS

Pot O' Gold

A shot that’ll leave you feeling wealthy: We combine Goldschlager with Amaretto and Apple Liqueur to create a shot worthy of its name!

Irish Flag

This one fits its name well: We tastefully layer Gran Marnier with Bailey’s and Green Creme de Menthe for a shot that proudly flies the Green, White, and Orange!

Irish Car Bomb

A Pub tradition: It all starts with a Half-Pint of Guinness and a shot of Bailey’s and Jameson (or Bushmills if you prefer). Drop, Drink, Repeat!

Irish Joe

Like the Irish Car Bomb, but with a shot of Van Gogh Espresso Vodka instead. It’ll set you right!

Leprechaun Sour

A curious libation of suprisingly great taste! We combine Jameson with Sour Apple Liqueur on the rocks with a sour base in cocktail sure to have you chasing rainbows.
